Mojimajic is an AI-powered service that converts speech and text into emoji representations. The Service includes:

• Speech-to-text transcription using OpenAI's Whisper technology
• Text-to-emoji conversion using AI language models
• Text input for direct emoji conversion
• Copy and share functionality for generated emojis

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOJIMAJIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
